Juha ChristensenGeneral Manager Juha has been involved in the Aceh peace process since the very inception of the preparatory phase in 2000 laying the grounds for the Helsinki talks in 2005 and has worked closely in the mediation and follow up process together with President Martti Ahtisaari. He served as Special Adviser to the Head of the Aceh Monitoring Mission (AMM) 2005-2006. Since early 2007 he has been directing peace-building program in Aceh and promoting lessons learnt from the Aceh peace process. |

Christian BrunnerCountry Specialist Christian Brunner has joined the PACTA team after working for 25 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), half of them in South-East Asia. Christian has acquired wide experience in working on humanitarian issues and international humanitarian law in conflict situations and he consults PACTA's programs. |

Robert HygrellSenior Advisor Robert has been directly involved in the Aceh peace process since 2005, initially as Legal Advisor to the Head of the AMM and since early 2007 as senior advisor to Aceh peace-building program. He also regularly shares experiences from Aceh in the region. |

Nick Killick Program Advisor Nick has over 10 years experience in conflict resolution and peace-building, including in South Asia, West and Central Africa and the South Caucasus. He has specific interest and expertise in the role of the private sector in peace-building. |

Liisa ChristensenProgram Administrator Liisa has lived in Indonesia over 10 years and speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia. During Aceh peace process she was in a supportive role and gained insight into the peace process. Liisa is PACTA’s program administrator with additional responsibilities for networking with women’s organisations. Her educational background is a Master’s degree in Health Science. |

Heidi PirttijokiFinance Manager Heidi has been working as a Finance Manager at Ikaalisten seurakunta since 2012. She has also previously worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young Oy in Helsinki and in Tampere and a short period also at KPMG in Tampere. Heidi has a strong background in accounting, financial reporting and financial administration and she has also passed the highest audit examination in Finland. She also holds extensive experience working with projects as she is a member of JCI. She has also lived and worked abroad in Australia and United Kingdom. |

Oliver MacLarenProgram Associate Oliver works from the Singapore office providing program support and strategic advice on restorative justice measures. A Canadian lawyer on secondment to PACTA, Oliver is an expert in land and development conflicts, specializing in negotiations between indigenous peoples, governments, and the private sector. |

Nuno DelicadoProcess Expert Nuno focuses on process design and facilitation, providing direction in complex disputes or conflicts based on systematic assessment and planning, leveraging key lessons from other dispute settlement processes in the public and private sectors. Nuno also mediates at Singapore’s Small Claims Tribunal, and teaches negotiation and conflict management at INSEAD and at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. He was previously a management consultant with Bain and McKinsey, in Europe, Latin America and Asia. |

Meera JethmalProgramme Coordinator Meera joined the PACTA team as Programme Coordinator after spending a large part of her career to date in the private sector. She has deep interest in issues of ethnic conflicts and peacebuilding in the ASEAN region as well as experience in the field of gender empowerment. Meera holds a Master of Public Administration from the National University of Singapore. |

Tommi KoskiProject Coordinator Tommi has joined PACTA Asia Ltd's Singapore office as a Project Coordinator. He has been recently graduated to Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finland and has previous experiences from the fields of banking, administrative and payroll, while working for Patria Finance Oyj, as well as Svenska Handelsbanken AB. At PACTA Tommi will be focusing on project coordination & management, as well as office's administrative duties. IT will also be a focus point as Tommi has a good knowledge about Information Technology and computers in general. He has previously studied half a year in Singapore as an exchange student for his BBA degree. |
